I strongly advise against choosing Good2Go for your auto insurance needs. My truck has been stuck in the shop for over a month now. I've been working with my adjuster, Brenna Seeney, and honestly, she seems like she shouldn't be in this line of work. From the get-go, she's been quite rude, insisting that the damage to my truck wasn't from the same accident and that I'd need to file two separate claims. I took it to my body shop, and they provided a quote confirming it was indeed from the same incident. To sum it up, this whole mess started back in October, and here we are in mid-December, and I still haven't received my check. Plus, it takes ages to get a response from Good2Go! I just want my truck back on the road!

Ellyn was truly amazing. Her energy was fantastic, she maintained a high level of professionalism, and she completed all the tasks that were required. Definitely one of the best I've ever spoken to on the phone for assistance.

Navigating this site is a real challenge. It doesn't let you easily find what you're looking for, and you keep having to log in. All it seems to let you do is make a payment.

I reached out to roadside help for the very first time using good 2 go. And guess what? They shut down after 5pm, so good luck if you need help after that time. Plus, they're not available on weekends either. Anyway, I called at 9:30 in the morning and didn’t hear back until 3:41 in the afternoon! The lady I spoke to, La Precious, was quite rude! How can a business run like this? It’s all automated with no real assistance. I was left waiting forever... this is the worst insurance. Seriously, STAY AWAY PLEASE!

I was having a tough time searching for insurance. Then I had a chat with the most kind-hearted person...Ms. Ellen. She communicated clearly and directly, but her soothing tone really made me feel supported. I was after car insurance, but she offered me coverage that she truly believes in, and so should you...without being pushy or anything like that...lol...Ms. Ellen totally deserves a promotion or a raise...The holidays are coming...Bless her!
